Deliveries & Returns

We want you to smile when you receive your product.

If, for some reason, you are not happy with the purchase, please contact us! We will fix it.

All our items are dispatched using a courier and can be tracked using a unique consignment number emailed to you at the time of dispatch. Standard delivery time is 3-5 working days after accepted payment, some products are on a next day delivery, this will be stated in the product description. If you pay by e-cheque delivery time is 5-10 working days. Please check item details for confirmation. 

Delivery Time

For delivery lead times, please refer to the product description as some products are built to order. Items that qualify for next working day delivery will need to be purchased before 1pm. If purchasing multiple items with different lead times, we will contact you to see if you wish to wait for all items to be dispatched together or would like separate deliveries.

Tracking

Once the item has been dispatched you will receive tracking details by email and sometimes a text message. For Poland deliveries, your item will be delivered using Poczta Polska or Raben for bulky items. International orders will be delivered using EMS.

To track your EMS item, please enter your 13 digit item number (e.g. EZ987654321XX) which is given to each EMS item.  If you do not know the EMS item number, you can obtain this from the sender.​

Delivery Cost

Almost of our products have a free delivery in all European Union and Schengen Zone. For an accurate delivery price, please add the item to your shopping cart, from there the website will calculate a price based on your country.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

It is the customer's responsibility to return goods in good condition with all packaging intact. If goods are returned that cannot be resold as 'brand new' the buyer will only receive a partial refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within ten days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 3 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

Any issues or problems with the order must be put in writing within 14 days of receiving the delivery.

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item

Order Dispatch

A small delay in dispatch may occur due to one of the following reasons.

  • A decline or issue with payment.
  • The order has missed the dispatch time with our courier.
  • A delay with the carrier (for example road closures, weather issues).

In the unfortunate event that your parcel is delayed or has not arrived on the expected date, we advise your firstly contact the local depot of the carrier to ensure the company do not require further details for a successful delivery.
